Waste Water Treatment Plant, Malaysia |
|

The production plant produces packaging , sealant and coatings products. The plant previously was only able to run the waste water treatment plant at a maximum capacity of 25m3/hour. Due to increase in production, the plant was unable to cope with the water discharge from the plant, resulting in overflow and does not comply with the local authority regulations. In Additional, the pipe lines also experienced blockage due to the reaction between the inorganic based polymers and the products. High consumption of inorganic polymers not only incur high cost of expenditure but also to the equipments shelf life.
Innowac Recommendation: Innowac proposed and replaced the previous competitor solution with 100% organic polymers. The waste water treatment plant is now able to increase the water discharge capacity to more than 50m3/hour. The consumption of the polymers is 30% lesser than the inorganic polymer and does not required additional ph adjustment aids. As a result , the plant not only manage to reduce the downtime , increase the equipment shelf life but also able to reduce the overall operational cost by more than 50%. |
